Michael is a strategic advisor, specialising in providing exit strategies for business owners who would like to maximise their wealth and unlock the unique potential in
their business.

With more than a decade of financial planning experience, Michael provides solutions that enable business owners to achieve their lifestyle and financial goals. Having operated his own financial planning practice for four years (which he successfully built up and sold), Michael knows first hand how to extract the value of a business upon exit. His business was a finalist in the NSW/ACT Government Small Business Awards in 2006.

Michael’s experience spans working with a range of businesses, large and small, from household name corporations through to boutique owner operator businesses. And, for Michael, one common thread is his ability to help people harness their potential, push the limits of their comfort zones and achieve their best results. This is a philosophy that has also carried through to his role as a highly regarded sports coach, having been named Coach of the Year at the NSW Surf Life Saving Awards in 2002 (and nominated again in 2006), for his work as coach/mentor with the Cronulla Surf Club Beach Team.

Michael has 11 years public speaking experience and has conducted numerous seminars and presentations over the last 5 years in regard to Succession Planning. Michael is also frequently approached by Economic Development Divisions in local councils to share his Succession Planning expertise.
